Visiting chrome://cast on my laptop says "We Can't Find Any Devices". I tried forgetting the Wi-Fi network on all phones and rebooting the router. I tried setting everything up on my (and then on my dad's) phone (instead of the mom's phone), but the Google Home app always said that it can't see the Chromecast right after the setup was finished (even though it could see it during the setup), so it was still the same. I tried deleting the home, unlinking the Chromecast and setting everything up again multiple times, no luck. I've tried factory resetting the Chromecast via the hardware button multiple times, no luck. What am I supposed to do be able to cast to it from other devices? It IS online - I can cast content to it from mom's phone. I AM connected to the same Wi-Fi network (on all three phones) as the Chromecast. Check that it's online and that your phone or tablet is connected to the same Wi-Fi network." I joined the home, but can't cast anything to the Chromecast from my Pixel 2 XL. ![]() Then I invited my dad and myself to the home, and that's where the problems begin. Her phone can see and can cast to the Chromecast just fine. I set everything up (home, room, the Chromecast device itself) on my mom's Huawei Nova 3. Hi, I'm having unbelievable troubles setting up Chromecast (3rd gen, cast firmware 79) at my parents' home.
